BECOME AN EXHIBITOR AT RANGERSTOP AND POP 2026

2026 EXHIBITOR APPLICATION

Add-Ons

By submitting an electronic application, you confirm that you have read the Exhibitor terms and conditions as well as the information below and agree to comply.

If approved, exhibitors will have ONE WEEK to pay their exhibitor invoice in FULL. Approved exhibitors will be able to purchase their booth via PayPal invoice from Good Journey LLC (the company that owns Toylanta, Joelanta and RangerStop & Pop Con Atlanta). Invoices will be sent to the email address you provided in your exhibitor application.

All payments are final. Exhibitor booths cannot be shared, transferred, exchanged or resold.

Artist tables are available in limited quantity and will be strictly sold to artists only. Artists may only sell items made and designed by the artist that purchased and is exhibiting at the table. Any work created wholly or partially with AI is not permitted. Anyone found to be in violation, will be required to pack up their booth and leave – forfeiting their badges, fee(s) and booth space.

Cosplay tables are available in limited quantity. Anyone interested in a cosplay table needs to email the exhibitor coordination team at goodjourneyllc@gmail.com to request one. Cosplayers can sell prints/cosplay related items. No other merchandise may be sold at a Cosplay Table. Any work created wholly or partially with AI is not permitted. Anyone found to be in violation, will be required to pack up their booth and leave – forfeiting their badges, fee(s) and booth space.

ANY & ALL questions, concerns or requests not covered in the above application, exhibitor terms & conditions, and the above additional information should be emailed to the exhibitor coordination team at goodjourneyllc@gmail.com. If a question, concern or request merits a phone conversation, the exhibitor coordination team will respond to your email to schedule that with you. IF YOU CHOOSE TO MAKE INQUIRIES OUTSIDE OF THIS OFFICIAL CHANNEL OF COMMUNICATION, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE OR THAT IT CAN BE HANDLED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Rangerstop will have a huge exhibitors room with 20,000 square feet of artist, exhibitor, and dealer tables. Featuring a large variety of toys, action figures, comic books, artwork, illustrations, dolls, cars, dvds, posters and more! Everything from Superheroes cartoons and movie memorabilia to Science fiction, horror, anime, fantasy, and more !!! Interested in becoming an exhibitor at our show? Limit 2; must have exhibitor space to purchase. Exhibitor VIP Dinner Add-On includes one ticket to the VIP dinner Saturday Night 7:00pm-9:00pm May 16, 2026 - Food and Beverage Included.

Exhibitor Badge Upgrade: ................... $100.00

Must have exhibitor space to purchase. Skip the lines for autographs & get 2nd in line behind VIPS! Upgrade your regular exhibitor badge to include Express Passes all three days & access to VIP afterhours events ***VIP DINNER ACCESS MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY***

Tickets are Non-Refundable and if the event is cancelled or postponed than tickets will be valid for either the rescheduled date or following year. ***Rangerstop & Pop reserves the right to change or modify any policy or rule without any notice.

Saturday 10:30am - 6pm (VIPS 10am)
