Exhibitor Terms & Conditions
1. Payment of your Rangerstop and Pop 2026 exhibitor invoice acts as a written contract between Rangerstop and Pop, a Good Journey LLC Promotional event, Good Journey LLC and the invoiced party/exhibitor. By paying your invoice, you agree to adhere to all Rangerstop and Pop, a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event’s Vendor terms and conditions.
2. All exhibitors must check in to receive their exhibitor paperwork prior to unloading any merchandise.
3. Rangerstop and Pop a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event agrees to provide exhibitors with the space they purchased as agreed upon.
4. Exhibitors will have thirty (30) minutes Friday and Saturday night(s) to close down their booth once the show floor closes. Once the door has been locked Friday and Saturday night, no exhibitors or volunteers will be allowed back into the showroom(s) until the following morning.
5. Exhibitors are required to attend booth all days of the convention and must have booth staffed at all times during convention hours.
6. Loading in or out of ANY merchandise and/or exhibitor set up materials through the front of the Omni is NOT permitted. All loading in or out of exhibitor merchandise and/or set up materials must be done via the designated loading area as specified.
7. No exhibitor, artist or cosplayer is to offer any pornographic materials, stolen goods or illegal items at their table. This is a “Family Friendly” show. We reserve the right to refuse to allow displays or merchandise that violate this term and condition.
8. All merchandise displayed on your table is considered your property and falls under your exhibitor’s contract.
9. No exhibitor is to block any fire exit, row, aisle, floor space, or entrance to another exhibitor’s booth to expand their displays.
10. No exhibitor is allowed to build their displays above a height of ten (10) feet for safety reasons.
11. The use of projection equipment or any image/light/shadow casting equipment requires prior, written permission from the exhibitor coordination team MANAGER. Requests should be submitted to goodjourneyllc@gmail.com for review. Consideration of the use of such equipment is at the sole discretion of the exhibitor coordination team manager and is NOT guaranteed to be granted. NO exhibitor is permitted to project or cast logos or any other images that are visible outside of their purchased space.
12. Even if designated as an allowed smoking/vaping area by the event venue, there is absolutely no smoking/vaping allowed outside or near any exit or loading door near the exhibitor areas during the course of load-in, load-out or the show itself.
13. Exhibitor invoices are sent via email to the email address listed on your exhibitor application after a vendor has been approved. Rangerstop and Pop a Good Journey LLC Promotional Event reserves the right to deny any exhibitor to ensure a broad representation of products.
14. EXHIBITOR SPACES WILL NOT BE SAVED UNTIL EXHIBITOR HAS PAID IN FULL.
15. Exhibitors must strictly adhere to the allotted dimensions/space purchased.
16. You and your entire party must sit/stand within your own space. Any young children must remain with you at all times.

18. Rangerstop and Pop, a Good Journey LLC Promotional event and Good Journey LLC are not responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitors’ materials, goods, samples or other property which may occur.
19. Exhibitors will hold Rangerstop and Pop, a Good Journey LLC Promotional event, Good Journey LLC and the convention and hotel locations harmless for any personal injury or damage to goods that may occur.
20. Rangerstop and Pop a Good Journey LLC promotional event and Good Journey LLC in no way endorse any merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs or actions. All exhibitors, artists, cosplayers and guests are their own business entity and in no way reflect on Rangerstop and Pop a Good Journey LLC promotional event and Good Journey LLC. Exhibitors, artists, cosplayers and guests do not represent Rangerstop and Pop a Good Journey LLC promotional event and Good Journey LLC. Rangerstop and Pop a Good Journey LLC promotional event and Good Journey LLC are to be held harmless against any and all merchandise bought, sold and/or brought onto the premises.
21. Violators of the terms and conditions of this agreement will be asked to cease operating their booth and forfeit fee payment. Participation in future Good Journey LLC events including but not limited to Rangerstop and Pop a Good Journey LLC Promotional event may also be denied. In extreme cases, exhibitors may be removed from the premises.
22. Exhibitors are not allowed to attach anything to the event walls or floors. Any damage caused to event property, including chairs and tables, shall be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor themselves.
23. Sales tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor to collect according to local and state laws.
24. Each exhibitor doing business at Rangerstop and Pop a Good Journey LLC Promotional event, will have submitted an exhibitor application and paid their vendor invoice in full. ‘Booth splitting’ and/or 'subletting' is not permitted. Exhibitor booths cannot be shared, transferred, exchanged or resold. Exhibitors may request to have their booth adjacent or in proximity to another exhibitor (such requests are NOT guaranteed to be honored; requested accommodations are at the sole discretion of Rangerstop and Pop a Good Journey LLC Promotional event staff).
​25. Exhibitor terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to stay updated on current to date terms and conditions to ensure they are in compliance.
