Kevin Duhaney is a Canadian actor and rapper who portrayed Ethan James/Blue Dino Thunder Ranger in Power Rangers Dino Thunder, with his most recent reprisals of the role in the Power Rangers S.P.D. episodes "History" and "Wormhole".

Duhaney has yet to return to the role since S.P.D., though he has expressed interest in doing so.

Outside of Power Rangers, Duhaney has since primarily done voice acting work. He is the voice of Cameron from the Total Drama franchise and Lemo from Big Blue.
