Vincent is best known for her role as Maya, the Yellow Galaxy Ranger, in Power Rangers Lost Galaxy (1999). Her portrayal of the courageous and nature-loving warrior from the planet Mirinoi made her a fan-favorite.

After Power Rangers, Vincent transitioned into mainstream Hollywood with notable roles in horror and comedy films. Some of her most recognized performances include:

• Cabin Fever (2002) – A cult horror classic where she played the role of Marcy.

• Not Another Teen Movie (2001) – Portrayed the exotic foreign exchange student, Areola.

• Return to House on Haunted Hill (2007) – A horror sequel where she played Michelle.
